Walther-Meißner-Institute (WMI)

The Walther-Meissner-Institute for Low Temperature Research is a research institute of the Bavarian Academy of Sciences and Humanities. It carries out both basic and applied research into low- and ultra-low-temperature physics, with particular interest in superconductivity, magnetism and quantum phenomena.
