DESCRIPTION:We are looking forward to welcoming you again to our Munich Pos
 tdoc Day! The Munich Postdoc Day is a bi-annual event that provides you wit
 h the opportunity to meet and connect with other postdocs in Munich as well
  as interact with fantastic speakers/guests and discuss topics of interest 
 to our postdoc community. For 2025 Munich Postdoc Day „Exploring Career Opp
 ortunities and the Transition Beyond the Postdoc Phase”, we invite all post
 docs in the Munich area to join our in-person event on September 17th at th
 e Bavarian Academy of Sciences and Humanities (BAdW) in Munich. The event a
 ims to create an interactive and reflective space where participants can: G
 ain awareness of their unique skills and career interests. Explore diverse 
 career paths both inside and outside academia. Engage with experts and peer
 s to understand the requirements and realities of different career options.
  Develop a clearer vision of their future career goals and the steps needed
  to achieve them. By the end of the event, postdocs should feel empowered a
 nd well-prepared to proactively pursue their desired career paths with conf
 idence and clarity. We have a wonderful group of speakers who will present 
 their views and experiences with career mentoring and transition beyond the
  postdoc phase. Join us and get inspired!
